These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the Soma Studio website and your purchase of products from Soma Studio ("Soma Studio", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Soma Studio is an Indian e-commerce business offering 3D-printed products, including decor, collectibles, cosplay props, keychains, custom products, and related items.

1. Account Terms
You may be able to create an account to make purchases, view order information, save details, or access other website features.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information;
- Keeping your account credentials confidential;
- Maintaining the security of your account;
- Updating information when it changes; and
- All activity carried out through your account unless caused by circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
You must not create an account using false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
You may generally browse and purchase from the website without creating an account where that option is made available.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, product availability, offers, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees, if any, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We currently accept payment methods made available through our payment providers and Shopify checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount for your order.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is identified as potentially fraudulent, we may suspend processing of the order until the payment issue is resolved.
We do not knowingly seek or store sensitive payment credentials such as your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking password where such information is handled directly by the applicable payment provider.
3. Products and Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colors, finishes, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, because many Soma Studio products are 3D printed and may be photographed under different lighting conditions or displayed on different screens, there may be minor differences between the product shown on the website and the product you receive.
Minor variations in:
- Color or shade;
- Surface texture;
- Layer lines;
- Finishing;
- Dimensions within reasonable manufacturing tolerances; or
- Other characteristics resulting from the 3D-printing process
do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Where a product is made to order or customized, the final product may reflect the specifications, measurements, files, images, or other information provided by you.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, specification, availability, or other errors on the website.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.
4. Custom Products and Customer-Supplied Materials
Where we offer custom 3D-printing or custom-design services, you may be asked to provide files, images, references, dimensions, instructions, or other materials.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use any material you submit to us.
You must not submit material that:
- Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, design, patent, or other intellectual-property rights;
- Is unlawful or fraudulent;
- Contains malicious software or harmful code;
- Is threatening, abusive, or otherwise unlawful; or
- We reasonably believe cannot lawfully or safely be manufactured.
We may refuse a custom request where fulfilling it would create legal, safety, technical, or operational concerns.
Where a customer provides an STL file or other design file, Soma Studio does not represent that the customer owns the intellectual-property rights in that file. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the requested production is lawful.
5. Order Placement and Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Technical problems; or
- Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
An order becomes accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise begin fulfilment, as applicable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order, subject to applicable law.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require e-commerce entities to provide consumers with relevant information including price, payment methods, delivery, return/refund information and grievance mechanisms.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the website, at checkout, in your order confirmation, or through our shipping communications.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors including:
- Courier or logistics delays;
- Weather or natural events;
- Public holidays;
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations;
- Incorrect or incomplete address information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- High order volumes;
- Manufacturing or customization requirements; or
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or another reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
Risk relating to physical goods will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipping arrangement.

7. Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.
Where a product is eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or replacement, the applicable conditions and process will be stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, we may require:
- Photographs or video evidence of the product;
- Order details;
- Information regarding the issue;
- Return of the product; or
- Other reasonable information necessary to assess a request.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, we will handle the matter in accordance with our published policy and applicable consumer law.
Because many Soma Studio products may be custom-made, personalized, or manufactured specifically to a customer's specifications, certain cancellation or return rights may be subject to applicable legal exceptions and the specific terms disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under Indian law.
8. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website or services:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purpose;
- To violate any applicable law or regulation;
- To infringe intellectual-property or other rights of Soma Studio or another person;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure;
- To introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- To interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;
- To use automated systems to scrape, copy, harvest, or reproduce website content without permission;
- To impersonate another person or entity;
- To submit false information or make fraudulent orders;
- To exploit promotions, discounts, or systems in an abusive manner; or
- To use our services in a manner that could reasonably damage Soma Studio, its customers, service providers, or reputation.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe prohibited activity has occurred.

Unless otherwise stated, the Soma Studio name, logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, original designs, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Soma Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our website content or original designs without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by law.
Purchasing a physical product from Soma Studio does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights in the underlying design to the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
10. User Submissions and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other non-confidential material relating to our products or services, you grant Soma Studio permission to use that material for legitimate business purposes, including improving or promoting our products and services, subject to applicable law.
You should not submit confidential or sensitive information in a public review or other publicly visible communication.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics services, communication tools, social-media services, and other third-party platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the independent actions, content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep our website available, accurate, and secure, but we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or errors.
Website content may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, software updates, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or our services from time to time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soma Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the website or purchase of products, including losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where permitted by applicable law, our liability in relation to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant product or order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including rights and remedies that consumers are entitled to under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides consumer remedies and includes product-liability provisions, so the limitations in this section are expressly subject to those mandatory rights.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section will not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by Soma Studio's own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules applicable to you, disputes arising from these Terms or your transactions with Soma Studio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any consumer's right to seek remedies or approach a Consumer Commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Indian consumer law permits consumers to pursue complaints through the consumer dispute-redressal framework, including jurisdiction connected with the consumer's residence or place of work in applicable circumstances.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, website functionality, or applicable laws.
The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
